Mission Statement

Youth Tennis San Diego, a nonprofit (501)(c)(3) organization, contributes to the development pathway of all youth by providing physical, mental, emotional, educational, and social platforms through tennis for children to thrive.

Community Impact

YTSD is dedicated to making tennis accessible to all San Diego youth, regardless of background or skill level. Through free and low-cost programs, financial aid, and community partnerships, we foster a love for the game while promoting values like teamwork, discipline, and personal growth.

YTSD Pathway

Our Youth Pathway provides a clear and supportive journey for young athletes, from beginner to advanced levels. Through structured programs, mentorship, and competitive opportunities, we help each child grow their skills, build confidence, and pursue their passion for racquet sports.

Barnes Tennis Center

YTSD owns and operates the Barnes Tennis Center, originally established as a dedicated youth facility to provide meaningful opportunities for children in San Diego to play tennis and thrive through sport.
